What Is The Beanie, Anyway???

E-mail your name, address and phone number, and anything else you wish (favorite artists, hobbies, etc.) to the Morning Show.

After receiving your e-mail, we put it in the beanie. Every now & again we draw names out to win free stuff (CDs, DVDs, videos) and mail it to you if your name is picked!

You do NOT have to be listening to win, call back within a certain amount of time or anything. If your name happens to be picked, you'll simply receive your prize. It's that easy!

Winning a prize from the beanie is a BONUS. That is, it does not disqualify you from winning other specific contests, like tickets to a concert. Also, you can have your name picked from the beanie to win multiple times. That is, winning once doesn't eliminate you from winning again.

We also do special contests for those who enter the beanie (affectionately known as "Beanheads") that the typical listener doesn’t know about!

The overall point is to have fun, give you something extra to look forward to, and encourage communication between listeners and the Word FM. We view the station as your station and want to keep the lines open as best as we can.

What About the Kids?

We have a new club for kids under 16--we call it the Jr. Beanie.  Just e-mail your name, address, phone number, age, and birthday.  Tell us a little about yourself and we'll throw you in.  Make sure you ask your mom or dad first, to make sure it's ok for you to send your information.  And, when you turn 16, feel free to jump in the Good 'Ole Beanie!
